Krea, a healthcare fieldwork specialist, has launched its Corporate Social initiative, “CAN DO”, as a separate division.
For the past 3.5 years, Krea has been training and providing employment to people with disabilities. 35% of Krea’s staff are people with visual, hearing or physical impairments, assisting in panel recruitment, data collection and desk research.
Social investor and Kreator-in-Chief Pravin Shekar says: “CAN DO was incubated in Krea and provides skill development, employment and entrepreneurship opportunities for people with disabilities. Having trained over 30 resources, CAN DO now has a short-term target of empowering 100 such achievers.”
Towards this goal, CAN DO is being launched as a separate division, reaching out to clients across a wider spectrum. This includes data collection, satisfaction/exit interviews and archival/scanning services.
Anuradha Krishnamoorthy (Director at Krea), is the chief at CAN DO.
