LUCID ANNOUNCES THE APPOINTMENT OF NEW BOARD MEMBER

Lucid, the leading programmatic research technology company, announced the appointment of its newest board member, Deborah “Deb” Elam. A New Orleans native and resident, Elam aims to empower Lucid executives to elevate diversity and to leverage her local connections to help the team expand their community impact. The appointment signifies continued growth for the company and exemplifies a commitment to diversity, equality, inclusion and philanthropy.

Elam brings to this role a wealth of knowledge and industry experience. In her 30 years of working at GE, she rose to become the tech first African American female officer and held the role of Chief Diversity Officer for 15 years. In parallel, she served as a member of the GE Foundation and led initiatives to expand job opportunities in the New Orleans community.

After GE, Elam went on to found the Corporate Playbook, a business consulting firm in New Orleans that specializes in executive coaching and strategic solutions to elevate diversity, inclusion, and philanthropy in organizations globally. Elam has strong community roots in New Orleans and has a track record of helping to bring jobs to the community. She remains connected to many within the Louisiana education community and serves on the Bricolage Charter School Board.
