SoapBoxSample, a member of the ISA family, continues rapid expansion with the addition of two new team members to its technology department. Michael Sanders has joined as a Senior Developer and Bradley Smagcz as Web Programmer.
Sanders joins SoapBox with more than 15 years of experience in the Digital Sector. His combination of hands-on technical experience and business acumen have resulted in the successful management of large developments and code releases with focus on eCommerce, large scale web sites, marketing and mobile. Smagcz, a recent CSU graduate, brings a strong foundation in software/web development and programming principles across multiple platforms.
This aggressive hiring also follows on the heels of SoapBoxSample’s acquisition of ClickIQ e-visor last March. SoapBoxSample’s diverse talent pool positions them to execute their expanded portfolio of services, and increase their reach into the areas of high touch point engagement, traditional surveys, and now mobile offerings. SoapBoxSample is making strategic efforts to ramp up development and programming pending the release of a new mobile app product expected in Q4 of this year.
Sanders says, “The biggest draw for me to join the company, other than the amazing talent we already have on the team, is the opportunity to collaborate with all corners of the company in building proprietary systems to power the accelerated growth of SoapBox.”
In their continued mission to provide diversity and reach in Online sample under heightened deadlines, SoapBox is focused on automation and integration across respondent access platforms. The goal is to move away from pushing buttons and focus more heavily on consulting with clients and customizing approaches to meet changing needs.
SoapBoxSample Chief of Operations, Jacqueline Rosales added “The need for sample automation and customized integrations to support efficient and cost effective delivery for our clients is evident. Our goal is to maintain flexibility and scale while meeting the fast paced demand of online sampling. Adding Sanders and Smagacz to our development staff affords us the opportunity to meet the demands of both the client and respondent in this new era of sampling.”
