Ray is a co-founder and CEO of Aha! His career began in the advertising, which led him to Pepsico where, as a marketing guy and brand manager, he got his first significant exposure and involvement in research. He had a foray into the Internet and technology world in the late 90's early 2000's. In 2002 he joined research consultancy RealityCheck, and in 2005 he was able to combine his research and technology experiences and apply them to the then very new world of online qualitative.
In 2007 he and his partners launched their first online qual platform, Living Diary, which eventually was re-built on newer technology, re-branded as Aha!, and re-launched in 2013. 2015 marked 10 years in online qual for Ray, and he and his team (and clients) continue to innovate; coming up with great new tactics, methods and approaches to making online qualitative more engaging and insightful for researchers, respondents and clients. Ray has been involved in countless online studies and loves to share his knowledge and passion with clients, prospects and anyone who happens to get stuck on an elevator with him.
