As Chief Product Officer, he oversees the strategies for product development and market positioning, as well as the day-to-day operations for both teams. Prior to joining YouEye, Collin served as Director of Marketing at Ubiquiti Networks and held management roles at several high-growth startups. He is also an advisor to the nationally syndicated radio show Philosophy Talk.

Juliana joined the YouEye team in May of 2015 as Head of Strategic Alliances. With a background in decision sciences and psychological research, she enjoys engaging and problem solving with clients in the applied research and consulting space. Before joining YouEye, Juliana was General Manager of Lumi’s global market research business since May of 2011. She graduated with honors from Amherst College and received a Masters from Columbia University. Juliana recently completed her PhD in Psychology at Columbia University. Her dissertation research focused on the motivational science of mobile technology use and engagement.

In just two years, Hector has built a successful UX Research program that has delivered valuable feedback and insights from over 1,200 consumers in more than 50 UX research studies. Hector is also responsible for evangelizing UX research across Web marketing and e-commerce teams, supporting the strategy of new initiatives bringing users feedback as early as in discovery phase.
