Ushma Kapadia

Ushma Kapadia is a qualitative researcher at Flowres.io with a passion for exploring how AI is reshaping the future of qualitative work. While much is said about AI’s promise and peril, she believes researchers need clarity on what it really means for their practice. Through her writing and teaching, she works to strike a balance between the doom-and-gloom narratives and the magic-like hype surrounding AI. One way she’s putting this into practice is by co-leading a three-session MasterClass that begins with traditional qualitative analysis and then demonstrates how to adapt those methods to thoughtfully integrate AI.
